Nicole Crowell's career in escrow began almost immediately after she attained a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University.

She quickly discovered that she enjoys helping people through the exciting process of buying or selling a home as well as facilitating a smooth refinance.

After spending five years at Bay Escrow in Seattle/Bellevue offices, Nicole's leadership led her to help develop Lake Union Escrow with Holly Diehl in 2003.

Since then they have embraced the high-pace work flow with professional expertise.
